ConservAmerica Endorses Nan Hayworth for New York's 18th District

ConservAmerica is pleased to endorse Congresswoman Nan Hayworth for re-election to the House from New York’s 18th District.
“Nan Hayworth is an outstanding lawmaker who rises above partisanship to address our country’s energy and environmental challenges. She is a New Yorker who lives up to the conservation tradition established by legendary New Yorker Theodore Roosevelt,” ConservAmerica President Rob Sisson said.
“Congresswoman Hayworth has done more than compile a responsible, stewardship-minded voting record. She has been a real leader. This is particularly true with her efforts to promote common-sense energy efficiency to cut home utility bills, create jobs for tradesmen, and help us move toward energy independence,” ConservAmerica Vice President for Policy Jim DiPeso said.
“As the representative for New York’s spectacular Hudson River Valley, she has fought consistently to protect open space, wild lands, rivers, and forests,” DiPeso said. “She has worked for Hudson River cleanup, tourism development, and funding to protect the extraordinary Highlands,” DiPeso said.
“Nan Hayworth is a thoughtful conservative and a champion of the stewardship ethic at the heart of true conservatism. We are proud to endorse her and strongly urge voters in the 18th District to keep Congresswoman Hayworth on the job working for America,” Sisson said.
